Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting Freckled Soul Studio! Every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Below you'll find information about shipping, returns, and refunds. If you ever have questions, I'm happy to help. 

 

Shipping: 

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days 

Orders are shipped through USPS 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order 

 

 

Returns & Refunds: 

Returns are accepted within 30days of delivery  

Please contact me before returning an item so I can help with the process. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos, I'll make it right!   

Because custom–made items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
